What this covers
Modern vehicles rely on computer modules: the engine control unit (ECU) and other modules that work with the keys and security system. When a module is replaced or needs to be set up again, it may have to be programmed to the vehicle before everything works together.
We program ECUs and modules on domestic vehicles and some foreign makes. Coverage depends on the specific vehicle and module, so call (417) 543-4614 with the year, make and model and tell us what's going on. We'll let you know whether it's something we can do.
Related to keys
Module programming often comes up alongside key work. If you need new or spare keys as well, see car key replacement.
